The Guesthouse is on the edge of mountains, within an hour’s drive from St Etienne airport (Ryannair),
and only 20 minutes from Vichy station (collection by arrangement) and the A71 motorway.
We are convenient for an overnight stay on the way through France, being 6-7 hours drive from Calais.
The house stands alone in a large garden surrounded by woods.
It has views of mountains and the chateau in Chateldon which is a picturesque medieval village.
We are .5 km from Chateldon and 15 km from Vichy and Thiers.
There is a food shop, a boulangerie, a pharmacie and newsagent in the village square.
The guest accomodation, which is a separate apartment with kitchen, sitting room and its own separate entrance terrace, can be rented on a weekly self catering basis or as B&B with half or full board on a nightly basis.
Vegetarians are welcome.
